Aarav, born in , has diverged from the typical trajectory of star kidsby expressing disinterest in pursuing an acting career and instead harboring a passion for fashion. In an interview on cricketer Shikhar Dhawan’s show, Dhawan Karenge, Kumar highlighted Aarav's simplicity and independence. He expressed, "I am happy the way Twinkle and I have brought up Aarav; he is a very simple boy. My daughter, on the other hand, likes clothes"

Kumar elaborated on Aarav's preferences, stating, "We never forced him to do anything; he is interested in fashion; he doesn’t want to be a part of cinema. He came to me and said, 'I don’t want to do films.' I said, 'This is your life, do what you want to do'."
