    Leighton George Hayne was born at St. David’s Hall, Exeter, the third son of Richard Hayne, D.D., on February 28 and educated at Eton and Queen’s College, Oxford. In he received his with a performance of his cantata “Praise the Lord O my Soul” as the exercise, and in proceeded to his Mus. Doc.
