Happy birthday, Rita Hayworth! Today would have been the 96th birthday of the "Love Goddess," so I celebrate by sharing what is perhaps her best known and beloved film--Gilda (1946). The costume design alone is iconic and due to Columbia's head designer Jean Louis, who also has a birthday this month.
