Jez Rose is an author, behaviour expert and entrepreneur. He works with businesses to give them the tools they need to understand - and change - human behaviour.
Jez began his career in the NHS and then worked as a comedy performer to fund his studies in psychology. He later moved into further education, lecturing on the applications of psychology in society. He now heads up the research faculty of The Good Life Project, which demonstrates nature’s impact on health and workplace behaviour.
When he’s not overseeing training and research at The Good Life Project Farm, Jez creates training programmes for organisations like Marriott, Philips, Wella and Audi. He lends his high-energy delivery to lessons on leading with influence, leading and managing change, developing effective emotional intelligence and the difference between ordinary teams and extraordinary ones.
